Your enquiry
Which roller shutter problem can we help you solve?
Select the situation that applies. The more precisely we understand the problem, the type of shutter and access arrangements, the better we can prepare for the visit.

Faulty strap or strap winder
Expert assessment of broken straps, strap winders and manual operation.

Roller shutter curtain runs unevenly
Assess slats, bottom rails, hangers and guides as possible causes.

Motor or controls
Diagnose drive, end position, radio control and control component issues.

Special shapes or multiple systems
Systematically assess roof, round and specially shaped roller shutters, as well as larger numbers of shutters.
A considered approach to repairs
Not every roller shutter that has stopped working needs a new motor.

Diagnose the mechanism and drive together.
A jammed curtain, worn hangers or stiff guides can cause symptoms similar to a drive fault. We therefore check the mechanical movement and electrical operation together before replacing components.

Insights into our work
From traditional mechanisms to smart operation.
Roller shutters come in many designs. The key is to identify the existing system precisely and determine the appropriate repair approach.

Costs and decisions
A good repair starts with the question: what is actually faulty?
Many roller shutters can be repaired by targeting the specific fault. We assess the situation on site to establish whether the strap, hangers, slats, motor or controls are affected. Our service vehicles carry common spare parts; specialist parts are sourced once the system has been identified.
Simply send an enquiry
Turning a fault into a well-prepared service visit.
1 · Send details of the situation
Briefly describe what is not working. Photos showing the whole shutter, a detail and any accessible identification label help us prepare.
2 · Assess the issue together
We check what information is still needed, which components may be affected and how best to prepare for the visit.
3 · Arrange an appointment
We take the scope of work, access and urgency into account. We arrange a suitable service appointment with you personally.
4 · Carry out the work professionally
Our technicians carry out the agreed work on site and clearly explain the outcome and any further work that may be needed.
Businesses and municipalities
Planned servicing for multiple roller shutters in one building.
For administrative bodies, businesses, municipalities and other building operators, we systematically record the systems, access arrangements and usage. This allows repairs and maintenance to be grouped together and coordinated with those responsible.
Repairs & maintenance
Check moving parts regularly.

Identify wear early rather than waiting for further damage.
Straps, hangers, bearings, guides and drive mechanisms are subjected to daily use. Regular checks and correct operation help prevent blockages and further damage.
- Check the shutter curtain, slats and guides
- Check the strap, winder, hangers and shaft
- Test the motor, end positions and controls
- Act promptly if you notice unusual noises or uneven movement
Well prepared
Your questions before the service appointment.
Do you repair roller shutters from other brands?
Yes. We work across brands. Photos of the complete installation, the shutter box and any existing identification labels help us identify the system.
Can a faulty roller shutter be repaired at the first appointment?
Many repairs can be carried out directly on site if standard spare parts fit. If special parts or made-to-measure components are needed, we first assess the existing installation.
Does the motor of an electric roller shutter always need to be replaced?
No. Before replacing a motor, we also check the mechanism, end positions, operation and controls, as different causes can produce similar symptoms.
Can a manual roller shutter be retrofitted with electric operation?
If the design is suitable, motorisation or convenience controls may be an option. We check the available space, shaft, accessibility and existing system.
What should I photograph?
An overall view, the shutter box or access panel side, the visible fault and any accessible manufacturer identification labels. Please do not force a jammed roller shutter to move.
