As of: September 2026
PLANIGRAPH aims to make its online services easy to use for as many people as possible – regardless of their individual abilities, the devices they use or the assistive technologies they rely on.
Our commitment
When developing and improving this website, we take recognised digital accessibility requirements into account. These include, in particular, a clear page structure, intuitive navigation, sufficient contrast, visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation, scalable content, meaningful alternative text for images and an interface that can be operated as fully as possible using a keyboard.
Accessibility status
The website is continually checked for technical and content-related accessibility barriers. A full formal assessment of the entire website’s compliance using a recognised testing procedure has not yet been completed. We therefore do not currently declare full compliance with any specific accessibility standard.
New pages and features are developed with the aim of avoiding barriers from the outset. Existing content is being reviewed and improved step by step.
Possible limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. This may apply in particular to older documents and media, third-party content, embedded maps or external services. Images and documents retained from earlier versions of the website may also require further work.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or are unable to use any content, please let us know. It is helpful to provide the address of the affected page, the device or assistive technology you are using and a brief description of the problem.

Alternative formats
If certain information is not accessible to you, we will try to provide it in a suitable alternative format on request – for example, by email, by telephone or in person.
Development
We see accessibility not as a one-off measure, but as part of our website’s ongoing quality assurance. Feedback from users informs further improvements.
