Select the situation that applies. We will include your selection in your service enquiry.

Slats and tapes
Uneven slats, damaged slats or worn ladder cords.

Motor not responding
Check the drive, travel limits and controls as possible causes.

Damaged guides
Guide cables, guide pins and rails are all part of the diagnosis.

Multiple systems
Service for façades, offices, administrative premises and public buildings.
A considered approach to repairs
Understand first. Then carry out targeted repairs.

Small components. Big impact.
Ladder cords, lift tapes, guides and drives need to work together. One worn component can affect the entire system. That is why we inspect not only the visible damage, but also the associated mechanism. Our work photos give you an insight into the individual steps.

Costs and decisions
The right solution starts with an honest assessment.
Not every problem requires the entire system to be replaced. Its condition, the work involved, access and spare parts determine which repairs make sense. We discuss the next steps and the proposed work with you. An initial assessment based on photos is no substitute for an on-site inspection.
Simply send an enquiry
How we prepare for your service visit.
1 · Send details of the situation
Describe the problem. Photos of the complete system, close-ups and photos of any accessible identification label are helpful; a photo is not required to make an enquiry.
2 · Assess the issue together
We check what information is still missing and how the service visit can be prepared.
3 · Arrange an appointment
The scope of work, access and urgency are taken into account. Your preferred appointment is discussed with you personally.
4 · Carry out the work professionally
The agreed work is carried out on site. The outcome and any further work required are discussed clearly.
Businesses and municipalities
One point of contact for all your systems.
Several rooms, buildings or sites? We support property managers, businesses and public-sector clients with repairs and scheduled maintenance. Tell us the number, location and use of the systems concerned. This allows us to plan access, points of contact and the work process together.
Well prepared
Your questions before the service appointment.
Can a single tape or cord be replaced?
That depends on the design, condition and availability of parts. We check whether an individual replacement is possible and which other components should be inspected.
Do you also work on sloping external Venetian blinds?
Yes. Please show us the complete system and, where available, the manufacturer's identification label. The work involved and suitable parts are assessed individually.
Do I need to know the manufacturer?
No. An overall photo and accessible identification labels help us identify the system. Please do not open any covers just to take a photo.
What information do you need for an installation at height?
The floor, location and possible access routes. We establish whether a mobile elevating work platform or other preparations are needed when planning the visit.
Can maintenance be scheduled for an entire building?
Yes. We record the number of installations, their locations and how they are used, and agree the scope, access arrangements and schedule with the person responsible for the property.
